First of all, I am sorry that I am opening the thread in English but my Finnish skills is not enough to tell my problem.
I have a Megane 2 HB and I am having problems with its headlights and stoplights recently. Front left indicator light is broken, sometimes it works but most of the time it does not. So when I turn the left indicator light on, it blinks very fast. Bulb is fine so probably the problem is with the bulb holder. Do you know if I can buy it somewhere in Helsinki region?
My second problem is with again the front left headlight. It started to make loud ticking noise when I turn on the main dipped beams. I guess it is a problem with the adjustment motor but when I went to the Korjaamo, he said "We need to see, it might be something else." This is not a good sentence for me as they need to take the front bumper down and he said it might take around 2 hours. Which means paying 150-200€ for just changing the adjustment motor or diagnosing the problem.
Third problem is with the rear right indicator light. A while ago it stopped working so that it did not work when I pressed the breaks. After a while it completely stopped working. I changed the bulbs but no luck. So here again I assume it is the bulb holder or the cables. Is it easy to take the rear lights off? I want to switch the bulb holders so that I can see if the cables or the holder is broken. Any experience?
Of course fixing those one by one is an option. Another option for me is buying new xenon headlights and new rear lights. I will be travelling to eastern europe next month and I can buy those for around 400€. Then again it comes to changin the parts. Do you know any reliable service with reasonable prices to do it? Or if there is anyone who knows how to do it, we can discuss about that.
