Tuli taas vikaa puoliin.
Kokonaiskustannukset kuudelta kappaleelta olivat 320 € lähimpään postitoimipaikkaan toimitettuna. Toimitusaika oli 8 päivää. Tuotenumero on: 0040100347.
First remove the plastic engine cover unclip the plastic channel holding the wiring for the injectors/coils, disconnect the wiring plug to the MPS at the rear of the manifold, the air temp sensor in the air duct & the throttle body multiplug, disconnect the two hoses underneath the throttle body & the vacuum pipe for the brake servo on the inlet manifold, remove the air filter top cover and ductfrom the throttle body, at this stage decide if you are going to remove the throttle body for cleaning if not leave it bolted to the manifold, now remove the eight bolts at the front of the manifold, now this is where I screwed up the first time DON'T try to remove the nuts to the rear of the manifold these nuts hold pins in position which the manifold sits on, the manifold should now be lifted at the front & slid to the right ( battery side) it should slide off the pins which are about an inch long.
You should now be free to get at the coils & plugs.
Note: observe the tightening torques and sequence for the bolts on the inlet manifold and the throttle body.
TIGHTENING TORQUES (in daNm)
Throttle body bolts 1.3
Inlet manifold bolt pre-tightening 0.5
tightening 0.8
working from the centre bolt outwards
